El presidente Luis Abinader realizó cambios en la dirección de instituciones gubernamentales, fortaleciendo áreas estratégicas del Gobierno. Entre los nombramientos, Samuel Pereyra deja la dirección del Banco de Reservas para ocupar la presidencia de la Refinería Dominicana de Petróleo. Por otro lado, Félix Antonio Reyna fue nombrado como nuevo director de la Dirección de Estrategia y Comunicaciones Gubernamental, mientras Adolfo Pérez de León asumirá como director ejecutivo del Instituto Nacional de Bienestar Estudiantil. Among the appointments, Samuel Pereyra leaves the direction of the Banco de Reservas to take over the presidency of the Refinería Dominicana de Petróleo.
