DENUNCIA DE MARRANZINI POR ALTERACIÓN DE FACTURAS
Celso Marranzini, presidente del Consejo Unificado de las Empresas Distribuidoras de Electricidad, denunció que el exadministrador de EdeEste alteró facturas de 42,000 clientes para que pagaran más, afectando a numerosas personas. Estas acciones fraudulentas buscaban engañar a los usuarios para dar la impresión de mejoras en la distribución de energía.
Las interrupciones en el suministro eléctrico han generado protestas en distintas zonas del país debido a apagones de hasta 12 horas. El presidente Luis Abinader se disculpó por esta situación y anunció medidas de contingencia. Celso Marranzini aseguró que para fines del año 2025 se espera subsanar este problema.
